I hope that we’ve been able to help you fix the picture messages problem on your Samsung device. If you are still unable to send and receive picture messages on your Samsung device, contact your carrier network provider for additional assistance and recommendations. Then try to send yourself a picture message to check if you are already able to send and receive MMS. Go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Settings > More Settings > Multimedia messages > Auto retrieve. Make sure that Auto retrieve option is enabled.
